1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ac8 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Agreement governs your access to and use of the ac8 website located at ac8.bio, including all associated mobile experiences, software interfaces, game content, promotional programs, and support services made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ac8 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

ac8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are made.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the ac8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ac8 does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not as a representative of any business or corporate entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ac8 or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You have not previously had an ac8 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgement at the time of placing any wager.

ac8 targets the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by adults located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction. ac8 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in every location from which it may be accessed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ac8 services, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is truthful and corresponds to your actual identity.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ac8 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or withdrawals.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ac8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security.
• KYC verification: ac8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (passport, national ID, bKash statement, utility bill, etc.) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account accuracy: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ac8 is not responsible for failed transactions, missed communications, or other issues arising from inaccurate account information.
• Minors protection: If you have reason to believe that a minor is using your device to access ac8, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ac8 supports a wide range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum amounts for specific payment channels may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit currency: All player wallets are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal account must match the name on the player's ac8 account and on the depositing payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Wagering before withdrawal: Deposits that have not been subject to at least one wagering action may be subject to a review process before withdrawal is approved, to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Refused transactions: ac8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ac8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packs, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders in good standing. Players who have active self-exclusion periods or deposit limits that prevent participation are not eligible.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: ac8 actively monitors for coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of bonus funds in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play. ac8 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Modification or withdrawal: ac8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already accepted and in active use will be honoured in accordance with the terms that applied at the time of acceptance.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on the ac8 platform, you agree at all times to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all communications with ac8, including in account registration, KYC documentation, and support interactions.
• Refrain from using any software, automated tool, script, bot, spider, scraper, or other mechanism to access, monitor, copy, or interfere with the platform or its content.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of ac8 and its third-party game providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the platform.
• Notify ac8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any security vulnerability in the platform, or any suspected fraudulent activity.
• Use the platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• Ensure that minors cannot access your registered device or your ac8 account credentials.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud ac8 or other players, including through chargebacks, false identity, payment fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer tables, or any other multi-player game format.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Money laundering: Using the ac8 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity. ac8 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors in displayed odds, or any other technical fault to gain winnings that would not have been available under normal circumstances. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Third-party deposits: Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your ac8 account.
• Harassment: Using the platform's live chat, support channels, or any community feature to harass, threaten, or abuse ac8 staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ac8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A successful chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ac8 will freeze the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and all suspended funds released. Where a closure results from confirmed fraud or terms violation, ac8 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons should contact support at [email protected]. A self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months will be applied, during which the account cannot be reopened, and no marketing communications will be sent.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ac8 platform — including but not limited to the ac8 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ac8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, copy, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the ac8 platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from ac8.

Game content displayed on the ac8 platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Red Tiger, among others. The respective trademarks, logos, and game designs of those providers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ac8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, regardless of whether those outcomes are disputed.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures beyond ac8's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in displayed odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where ac8 acts to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.

ac8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ac8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

ac8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — ac8 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information, may be made without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated each time a change is published.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are encouraged to resolve disputes with ac8 through the platform's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

To raise a formal dispute, contact the ac8 support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and nature of the transaction or event in question, and the resolution you are seeking. ac8 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five business days.

ac8 makes no claims regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the ac8 platform is compliant with the laws of their location. ac8 does not provide legal advice.
